(Address: No. 68A, Between 37th & 38th Streets, Maha Aungmye Township, Mandalay City, Myanmar). By accessing, using, registering an account on, or purchasing products from these Platforms, you hereby agree to be fully bound by and comply with these "Terms of Use." If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our Platforms.

To purchase products and access full services, you are required to create an account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. The security of your Username and Password is your sole responsibility. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Skincare MM ၏ ဝက်ဘ်ဆိုဒ် (skincare.com.mm) နှင့် မိုဘိုင်းအပ်ပလီကေးရှင်း (Mobile Application) ကို အသုံးပြုသည့်အတွက် ကျေးဇူးတင်ပါသည်။ ဤ ပလက်ဖောင်း (Platform) များကို SM SYNERGY CO., LTD. (လိပ်စာ - အမှတ် 68A၊ ၃၇ လမ်း နှင့် ၃၈ လမ်းကြား၊ မဟာအောင်မြေမြို့နယ်၊ မန္တလေးမြို့) မှ တရားဝင်ပိုင်ဆိုင်ပြီး လည်ပတ်ဆောင်ရွက်ပါသည်။

ဤ Platform ကို အသုံးပြုခြင်း၊ အကောင့်ဖွင့်ခြင်း၊ သို့မဟုတ် ကုန်ပစ္စည်းများ ဝယ်ယူခြင်းတို့ ပြုလုပ်သည်နှင့်တစ်ပြိုင်နက် သင်သည် ဤ "အသုံးပြုမှုဆိုင်ရာ စည်းမျဉ်းစည်းကမ်းများ" ကို အပြည့်အဝ သဘောတူညီပြီး လိုက်နာရန် ကတိပြုပြီးဖြစ်သည်ဟု မှတ်ယူရမည်။ အကယ်၍ သင်သည် ဤစည်းကမ်းချက်များကို သဘောမတူပါက၊ ကျွန်ုပ်တို့၏ Platform ကို အသုံးပြုခြင်းမှ ရှောင်ကြဉ်ပါ။

• ကုန်ပစ္စည်းများ ဝယ်ယူရန်နှင့် ဝန်ဆောင်မှုအပြည့်အဝ ရရှိရန် သင်သည် အကောင့်တစ်ခု ဖွင့်လှစ်ရန် လိုအပ်ပါသည်။

• သင်သည် အကောင့်ဖွင့်ရာတွင် မှန်ကန်ပြီး ပြည့်စုံသော အချက်အလက်များကိုသာ ပေးအပ်ရမည်။

• သင်၏ အကောင့်အမည် (Username) နှင့် စကားဝှက် (Password) တို့၏ လုံခြုံရေးသည် သင်၏ တာဝန်သာဖြစ်သည်။ သင်၏အကောင့်မှတစ်ဆင့် ပြုလုပ်သော လုပ်ဆောင်မှုအားလုံးအတွက် သင်၌ တာဝန်ရှိပါသည်။

• အသက် (၁၈) နှစ်ပြည့်ပြီးသူများသာ ကျွန်ုပ်တို့၏ Platform တွင် အကောင့်ဖွင့်ရန် အရည်အချင်းပြည့်မီသည်။

၂။ ကုန်ပစ္စည်းမှာယူခြင်း နှင့် ငွေပေးချေခြင်း (Orders & Payment)

• ကျွန်ုပ်တို့၏ Platform ပေါ်တွင် သင်ပြုလုပ်သော ကုန်ပစ္စည်းမှာယူမှုတိုင်းသည် ကုန်ပစ္စည်းကို ဝယ်ယူရန် သင်၏ ကမ်းလှမ်းမှုတစ်ခုဖြစ်သည်။

• ကုန်ပစ္စည်းမရှိတော့ခြင်း၊ ဈေးနှုန်းမှားယွင်းခြင်း၊ သို့မဟုတ် အခြားအကြောင်းပြချက်များကြောင့် SM SYNERGY CO., LTD. အနေဖြင့် မည်သည့်မှာယူမှုကိုမဆို လက်ခံရန် သို့မဟုတ် ပယ်ဖျက်ရန် အခွင့်အရေးရှိသည်။

• ဈေးနှုန်းအားလုံးကို မြန်မာကျပ်ငွေ (MMK) ဖြင့် ဖော်ပြထားပြီး အသိပေးခြင်းမရှိဘဲ ပြောင်းလဲနိုင်သည်။

• ကျွန်ုပ်တို့သည် KBZPay, WavePay, Bank Transfer နှင့် Cash on Delivery (ပစ္စည်းရောက်မှ NgweChay စနစ်) အပါအဝင် လက်ရှိခေတ်စားသော ငွေပေးချေမှုစနစ်များကို လက်ခံပါသည်။

၃။ ပို့ဆောင်ခြင်း နှင့် ပြန်လည်လဲလှယ်ခြင်း (Shipping & Returns)

• ကုန်ပစ္စည်းပို့ဆောင်ခြင်းဆိုင်ရာ အသေးစိတ်အချက်အလက်များ (ပို့ဆောင်ခ၊ ပို့ဆောင်ချိန်) အတွက် ကျွန်ုပ်တို့၏ Shipping Policy စာမျက်နှာတွင် အသေးစိတ်ဖတ်ရှုပါ။

• Skincare MM ၏ လိုဂို (Logo)၊ စာသားများ (Texts)၊ ဓာတ်ပုံများ (Images)၊ ဒီဇိုင်းများ (Designs)၊ ဝက်ဘ်ဆိုဒ်နှင့် App ၏ တည်ဆောက်ပုံ အပါအဝင် Platform ပေါ်ရှိ အကြောင်းအရာအားလုံးသည် SM SYNERGY CO., LTD. ၏ မူပိုင်ခွင့်ရ ပိုင်ဆိုင်မှုများသာ ဖြစ်သည်။

• ကျွန်ုပ်တို့၏ ကြိုတင်ရေးသားခွင့်ပြုချက်မရှိဘဲ ဤအကြောင်းအရာများကို ကူးယူခြင်း၊ ပြန်လည်ဖြန့်ဝေခြင်း၊ ပြင်ဆင်ခြင်း၊ သို့မဟုတ် အခြားစီးပွားဖြစ်နည်းလမ်းများဖြင့် အသုံးပြုခြင်းကို တားမြစ်သည်။

၅။ သုံးစွဲသူ၏ အပြုအမူ နှင့် သုံးသပ်ချက်များ (User Conduct & Reviews)

• သုံးစွဲသူများသည် ကုန်ပစ္စည်းသုံးသပ်ချက် (Reviews) နှင့် မှတ်ချက် (Comments) များကို ရေးသားနိုင်ပါသည်။

• မမှန်မကန် သတင်းများ၊ ညစ်ညမ်းသော အသုံးအနှုန်းများ၊ ခြိမ်းခြောက်မှုများ၊ အသရေဖျက်မှုများ၊ သို့မဟုတ် အခြားသူတစ်ဦး၏ မူပိုင်ခွင့်ကို ချိုးဖောက်သော အကြောင်းအရာများကို တင်ခြင်းမပြုရ။

• SM SYNERGY CO., LTD. အနေဖြင့် မသင့်လျော်ဟု ယူဆသော မည်သည့်သုံးသပ်ချက် သို့မဟုတ် မှတ်ချက်ကိုမဆို ဖယ်ရှားပိုင်ခွင့်ရှိသည်။

• Skincare MM Platform ပေါ်တွင် ဖော်ပြထားသော အချက်အလက်များ (ပါဝင်ပစ္စည်းများ၊ အကျိုးကျေးဇူးများ၊ သုံးစွဲနည်းများ) သည် အထွေထွေဗဟုသုတနှင့် အသိပညာပေးရန်အတွက်သာ ဖြစ်သည်။

• ဤအချက်အလက်များသည် ပရော်ဖက်ရှင်နယ် ဆရာဝန် သို့မဟုတ် အရေပြားအထူးကုဆရာဝန်၏ ဆေးဘက်ဆိုင်ရာ အကြံဉာဏ်များနေရာတွင် အစားထိုးရန် မဟုတ်ပါ။

• ကျွန်ုပ်တို့သည် ကုန်ပစ္စည်းများ၏ စစ်မှန်မှုကို အပြည့်အဝအာမခံသော်လည်း၊ ကုန်ပစ္စည်းတစ်ခုခုနှင့် ဓာတ်မတည့်ခြင်း သို့မဟုတ် ထိခိုက်မှုဖြစ်ခြင်းသည် သုံးစွဲသူတစ်ဦးချင်းစီ၏ အရေပြားအခြေအနေပေါ်တွင် မူတည်ပါသည်။ လမ်းညွှန်ချက်အတိုင်း မှန်ကန်စွာအသုံးပြုပါက ဖြစ်ပေါ်လာသော ထိခိုက်မှုများအတွက် SM SYNERGY CO., LTD. တွင် တာဝန်မရှိပါ။

• SM SYNERGY CO., LTD. သည် ဤ "အသုံးပြုမှုဆိုင်ရာ စည်းမျဉ်းစည်းကမ်းများ" ကို အချိန်မရွေး ပြန်လည်ပြင်ဆင်မွမ်းမံခွင့်ရှိသည်။ ပြင်ဆင်မှုများကို ကျွန်ုပ်တို့၏ Platform ပေါ်တွင် တင်သည့်နေ့မှစ၍ အကျိုးသက်ရောက်စေရမည်။

• စည်းကမ်းချက်များ ပြောင်းလဲပြီးနောက် သင်က Platform ကို ဆက်လက်အသုံးပြုခြင်းသည် ပြင်ဆင်ထားသော စည်းကမ်းချက်များကို သဘောတူသည်ဟု မှတ်ယူရမည်။
